2D (Leveled) Keychains
1) The main items of our soft PVC items with LOW mold Fees and Quick delivery time. 2) The front design could be PLAIN with no levels with the infill of different colors. Or, as most of the case, with 1 to 3 levels upward. 3) Usually we would have the TEXT in an upper level with the bottom on the plain lower level. In this way, the texts show up sharper because of the good separation of its color from mixing with its background color.
Material The material used in the production of the items does not contain PVC. Soft PVC is simply a name for identity. For your reference, the material is composed with the OX-600A and OX-600B. Contents of OX-600A are 95%Polyvinyl chloride polymer and 5% Polymeric dispersant. Contents of OX-600B are of 72.5% Phthalate plasticizers + 17.5% Glycidyl ether stabilizer + 7.5%Anti-ultraviolet and oxidization agent +2.5% Silicone additive.
